Software Engineer - Collateral Exchange Platform (DLT)

emagine Polska is seeking highly skilled Senior Software Engineers to join an international team building a production-grade financial technology platform. This project leverages modern JVM technologies, distributed systems, and Distributed Ledger Technology to support complex, real-time financial transactions for leading global institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop core components of a highly transactional financial platform.
• Implement complex business logic, workflows, and resilient JVM services.
• Work with message-driven and distributed architectures to solve concurrency and data consistency challenges.
• Collaborate with international teams of developers, DevOps, and QA engineers on architectural assessments and code reviews.
• Ensure high standards of security, resilience, and operational stability for production-grade systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on Java and the JVM ecosystem.
• Excellent understanding of core Computer Science concepts and object-oriented design principles.
• Proven experience in building complex, production-grade backend systems.
• Solid knowledge of databases, transactional systems, multithreading, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a Master's degree in a technical field preferred.
