Software Developer (.NET / SharePoint) (PL 828)

Paralucent is seeking a dedicated Software Developer to join our team, focusing on maintaining production stability and delivering high-quality technical solutions. You will play a key role in transforming Tier 2 incidents and change requests into reliable fixes, working across a diverse landscape of custom .NET applications and SharePoint solutions to ensure seamless system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2 fixes end-to-end, from investigating and reproducing defects to implementing and validating solutions.
• Develop production-ready code by applying secure SDLC practices and maintaining clean, architectural standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions to support critical business processes.
• Build and maintain system integrations and APIs across the application ecosystem.
• Collaborate with BA and QA teams to refine requirements, resolve defects, and improve monitoring and logging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development, including build, deployment, and support.
• Strong foundation in object-oriented design principles and technical documentation.
• Proven experience with GitHub Copilot to drive efficiency and code quality.
• Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and SharePoint development.
