Software Developer (.NET + BI) (m/f/n)

Shimi Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Software Developer (.NET + BI) to support a long-term project for a European Union organization. This role is ideal for a professional looking to contribute to enterprise-level systems within a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop complex software systems while leading development teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and propose effective solutions.
• Optimize software performance, security, and quality standards.
• Manage configuration, releases, and produce comprehensive technical documentation.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including testing, quality assurance, and 2nd/3rd line support.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional IT experience, including 5 years in .NET and 3 years with Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.
• Proven experience in at least 2 projects involving the design, implementation, and deployment of BI solutions.
• Expertise in physical databases, SQL, ETL tools, data modeling, OLAP, and data mining.
• Proficiency in designing data, business logic, and UI layers, with strong UML design skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and work effectively within Scrum frameworks.
• Must be an EU citizen currently residing and working in Poland.
