Software Backend Engineer (AI,LLM)

We are currently seeking a seasoned Software Backend Engineer to design and evolve our infrastructure, ensuring our services remain reliable, fault-tolerant, and efficiently scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Java to support global business operations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of services, from initial design and inception through to deployment, operation, and continuous refinement.
• Develop and maintain tools while re-designing capacity planning infrastructure to enhance system scalability.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software issues while ensuring data security and maintaining end-to-end system architecture.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java and backend frameworks such as Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience with databases, messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and microservices architecture.
• In-depth understanding of Linux environments and computer networks.
• Fluency in English and either Kazakh or Russian to effectively coordinate with external business partners and stakeholders.
