Social Media Specialist (Women Building Peace)

Mormon Women for Ethical Government is seeking a dedicated Social Media Specialist to serve as the lead voice for the Women Building Peace initiative. This role focuses on managing daily engagement, developing content strategy, and coordinating across teams to amplify peacebuilding and advocacy efforts through digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute high-impact content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create engaging assets including stories, reels, and graphics that align with program messaging.
• Facilitate meaningful community interaction and foster audience growth through active engagement.
• Coordinate with the program director to ensure strict alignment of brand voice and messaging.
• Utilize analytics to track performance and optimize digital operations for maximum reach.
