Social Media and Content Coordinator

Good Life Property Management is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Content Coordinator to help grow our brand presence and engage our community. In this role, you will produce educational and entertaining content across social media, email, and YouTube to support our mission of making rental property ownership easy.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging, on-brand copy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, and email newsletters.
• Design social graphics, carousels, and YouTube thumbnails using Canva while maintaining brand consistency.
• Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form clips, including footage assembly and captioning.
• Maintain the weekly content calendar and proactively engage with our community to build reach.
• Manage Google Business Profile posts and photos to support local search visibility across our markets.

Requirements

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify technical topics.
• Solid grasp of social media marketing, YouTube strategy, and community engagement.
• Proficiency in Canva for design and experience with email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently, manage recurring deadlines, and maintain reliable internet connectivity.
• Background in real estate, property management, or service industries is considered a strong asset.
