SOC 2 Project Manager

Miratech is seeking a dedicated SOC 2 Project Manager to lead the company through the full SOC 2 Type II certification journey. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial preparation and control implementation to successful external audit completion, ensuring seamless alignment across Security, IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Procurement departments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the overall project plan, including implementation, evidence collection, and timely completion of all project milestones.
• Ensure proper documentation, control design, and audit readiness in line with SOC 2 requirements.
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, including executive teams, auditors, and cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate project-related activities across diverse teams and proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT, cybersecurity, compliance, or audit readiness.
• Proven experience delivering compliance or governance-related projects, with SOC 2 Type II experience being a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles, including control design and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with executive-level stakeholders and external auditors.
• Experience working with multicultural, globally distributed teams in remote environments.
