Snowflake Engineer (dbt)

DAC.digital is expanding its team through a strategic partnership with a leading consulting firm focused on Data Management. We are looking for a skilled Snowflake Engineer to support major clients across sectors such as banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, and automotive.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and developing robust data models within the Snowflake environment.
• Building and maintaining complex transformations using dbt, including models, testing, and documentation.
• Ensuring high standards of data quality, consistency, and overall system performance.
• Optimizing SQL queries and managing costs effectively within Snowflake.
• Collaborating closely with analysts, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define and meet data requirements.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience working with Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Git.
• Ability to work effectively within agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and knowledge sharing.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
