Slovenian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a healthcare-related project focused on medical devices that support patients with diabetes. This role is connected to customer service for products such as blood glucose meters

.As a Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian and English, you will be responsible for supporting customers, answering product-related questions, and helping users resolve issues in a professional and empathetic way.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer service in Slovenian

• Assisting customers with questions and issues related to medical devices, mainly blood glucose meters

• Supporting users in a clear, professional, and patient-focused manner

• Working towards customer satisfaction goals set by the team leaders and managers

• Using internal tools and systems to handle customer cases accurately

• Maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism

Requirements:

• Fluent Slovenian, minimum C2 level

• Communicative English, minimum B1 level

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable using a computer

• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools

• Motivation to learn and develop professionally

• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00

• Availability to complete 3 weeks of training in English, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

What the employer offers:

• Employment contract, following completion of the occupational health examination

• Salary of 44 PLN gross per hour
