Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Game Producers and Developers to refine mechanics and balance.
• Analyze competitor products to provide actionable insights on math models and market trends.
• Participate in the full game development lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery.

Requirements

• Background in mathematics, computer science, technology, or engineering.
• Proven experience in game math or a related analytical role within the iGaming industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, player-focused mindset.
• Intermediate (B1+) proficiency in English or higher.
• Strong mathematical intuition and the ability to reason based on data-driven propositions.
