Site Selection Specialist (Poland)

Indero, a global clinical leader in dermatology and rheumatology, is seeking a dedicated Site Selection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for site identification and feasibility activities, playing a crucial part in our clinical research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with key clinical research sites.
• Identify and recommend potential investigators to expand our research database.
• Coordinate the distribution and review of study-specific feasibility questionnaires.
• Recommend sites for qualification visits and study participation in collaboration with project teams.
• Track site selection activities within the Clinical Trial Management System.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and relevant FDA/Health Canada regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and strong English communication skills.
