Site Reliability Engineer

We are currently looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and contribute to the stability and efficiency of our systems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes to ensure system stability.
• Determine the impact of high-level incidents, estimate resolution times, and establish effective countermeasures.
• Initiate improvement plans and proactive measures to prevent recurring technical problems.
• Provide ongoing support to test and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce high-quality improvement plans, business continuity strategies, and detailed operating instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in a Computer Science-related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in site reliability engineering or IT support roles.
• Proficiency in Linux, SQL, cloud platforms, and networking tools such as F5 or HaProxy.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability stacks, and logging best practices.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and fluent command of the English language.
