Site Reliability Engineer

We are currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and drive the reliability of our systems at the scale of millions of clients, ensuring our technology stack remains robust and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a standardized observability ecosystem, implementing structured events, distributed tracing, and intelligent sampling strategies.
• Act as a strategic partner to product engineering teams, using error budgets and alerting to balance feature velocity with system stability.
• Enhance detection capabilities by leveraging early-warning systems and AI/ML for automated anomaly detection and intelligent data analysis.
• Build internal automation and tooling to streamline SRE workflows and automate routine operational tasks.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide incident management, rapid resolution, and post-incident analysis.

Requirements

• Professional experience in SRE, Infrastructure, or DevOps roles managing high-scale, distributed environments.
• Advanced programming skills in Python with a focus on building scalable automation and internal tooling.
• Hands-on expertise in managing production-grade Kubernetes environments, configuration management tools like Ansible, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Proficiency in building telemetry ecosystems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Tempo, or Jaeger.
• Strong ability to drive incident management and foster a culture of shared ownership and reliability.
