Site Reliability Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of a complex enterprise ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and operational continuity of business-critical systems and services.
• Monitor and analyze end-to-end business processes across multiple applications, APIs, and middleware components.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive monitoring, observability, and alerting dashboards.
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and other critical reliability metrics.
• Lead root cause analysis for production incidents and coordinate troubleshooting across technical teams.
• Drive the automation of operational activities, deployments, and recovery procedures.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering.
• Proven ability to work with complex, highly integrated enterprise architectures.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business process monitoring and dependency management.
• Practical knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-team communication skills.
