Site Reliability Engineer

We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and contribute to the stability and efficiency of our critical systems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes to ensure system stability.
• Determine the impact of high-level incidents, estimate resolution times, and establish effective countermeasures.
• Initiate improvement plans and implement strategies for the prevention of recurring problems.
• Provide technical support to test and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce quality improvement plans, business continuity documentation, and operating instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in a Computer Science-related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in site reliability engineering or IT support roles.
• Knowledge of Linux, SQL, cloud platforms, and networking tools such as F5 or HaProxy.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability stacks, and logging best practices.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and fluency in English.
