Site Contracts Specialist II/ Sr Specialist with German - Sponsor-dedicated

Syneos Health is a leading life sciences services organization dedicated to accelerating customer success across the drug development and commercialization continuum. We are looking for a Site Contracts Specialist II or Senior Specialist with German language proficiency to join our team in a sponsor-dedicated role, contributing to impactful clinical research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contract management processes, including coordination of protocols, informed consent, and investigator agreements.
• Lead multi-country projects by negotiating and preparing contracts, budgets, and related documents for clinical trials.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal, finance, and clinical operations departments to resolve budgetary and legal issues.
• Track milestone progress in real-time and ensure compliance with forecasted country and site contracting timelines.
• Mentor junior staff members and contribute to the maintenance of departmental SOPs and training materials.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Significant experience in contract management within a CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of the clinical development process, ICH GCP, and clinical trial start-up procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in German and English with strong written and oral communication abilities.
