Site Contracts Specialist II (Poland) - Sponsor-dedicated

We are seeking a Site Contracts Specialist II to join our team, where you will play a vital role in navigating complex clinical trial agreements and supporting our mission to impact patient lives globally.

Key responsibilities

• Administer all contract management processes, including coordination of protocol, informed consent, and site-specific agreement documents.
• Lead multi-country projects by negotiating and preparing contracts, budgets, and related documents for industry-sponsored clinical trials.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal, finance, and clinical operations departments to resolve budgetary and contractual issues.
• Track milestone progress in real-time within the site start-up system and ensure compliance with forecasted timelines.
• Mentor junior staff members on departmental procedures and contribute to the maintenance of training materials and quality assurance plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field, with advanced degrees preferred.
• Significant experience in contract management within a contract research organization or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of the clinical development process, ICH GCP guidelines, and clinical trial start-up procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written and oral communication skills.
