Signal Processing & Data Analysis Expert

7N is seeking a Signal Processing & Data Analysis Expert to join a pharmaceutical project focused on algorithm validation and platform migration. You will play a critical role in ensuring the consistency, reliability, and equivalence of signal processing outputs across various data pipelines and environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on signal processing to engineering, migration, and clinical teams.
• Investigate data discrepancies, anomalies, and edge cases using advanced statistical methods.
• Analyze and document existing signal processing algorithms to support validation and knowledge transfer.
• Design robust validation frameworks, test cases, and acceptance criteria for algorithm comparison.
• Collaborate with engineers and data migration specialists to resolve data integrity issues and ensure full traceability.

Requirements

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong background in Digital Signal Processing and time-series analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Python, including NumPy, SciPy, and pandas.
• Proven experience in algorithm or software validation, testing, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
