Siebel IT Operations Specialist

Cyclad is looking for a dedicated Siebel IT Operations Specialist to join a team responsible for maintaining and developing a critical Siebel CRM platform. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of the CRM ecosystem while collaborating with international teams to support essential business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Siebel CRM environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Analyze incidents, diagnose root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.
• Support Change Management processes and coordinate deployment activities across environments.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams on system integrations and operational improvements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive operational and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Siebel CRM in an operations, administration, or support capacity.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database environments, with a preference for Oracle.
• Experience in log analysis and proficiency with various monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
