SharePoint Developer

ALTEN Polska is looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer to join an exciting project focused on building and optimizing catalog solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, efficient, and scalable document management systems for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage SharePoint Online libraries, lists, and document repositories.
• Design and implement catalog and document management solutions based on SharePoint Online.
• Create and customize SharePoint sites, pages, and navigation structures.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Lists.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint libraries, content types, metadata, permissions, and governance.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Lists.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices to create intuitive user experiences.
• Fluent English skills (at least C1 level).
