This role is dedicated to enhancing the overall employee experience by creating a highly engaging, intuitive, and efficient digital workplace that serves as the central hub for organizational communication and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design a visually appealing, modern, and dynamic homepage that serves as the primary gateway for employees.
• Personalize content delivery based on specific user roles and departmental needs to ensure relevance.
• Simplify complex navigation structures and information architecture to improve content discoverability.
• Optimize the SharePoint experience to ensure seamless performance across both desktop and mobile devices.
• Standardize page layouts and templates to maintain a consistent and professional brand identity.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in SharePoint development and design.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design best practices.
• Ability to implement user-centric design solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
• Familiarity with Microsoft best practices regarding web accessibility standards.
• Experience utilizing data analytics tools, such as Power BI, to track usage and interactions.
