ServiceNow Technical Architect - IRM

Spyrosoft is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team and lead innovative projects within the IRM module. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining bespoke solutions that help our global clients manage their business processes effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow IRM module, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Oversee the customization and configuration of the platform to meet specific risk assessment, compliance, and audit management requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert technical guidance.
• Lead a team of developers in creating custom applications, workflows, and reports within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Monitor system performance and implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification specifically for IRM.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead in Integrated Risk Management (GRC).
• Advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC frameworks.
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least two programming languages, such as JavaScript, C#, or Java.
