ServiceNow Specialist

P&P Solutions is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Specialist to join their team and support ongoing projects for a UK-based insurance client. This role focuses on the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring efficient service delivery and high-quality user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow Service Catalog, including Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Variable Sets.
• Configure complex approval processes, fulfillment tasks, and request lifecycle management.
• Design and develop automated workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Administer the platform, including user and role management, notifications, and system properties.
• Customize Service Portal components and catalog pages to enhance user interaction.
• Develop and maintain Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes.

Requirements

• Practical experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Service Catalog.
• Solid understanding of Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variable Sets, and approval workflows.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow administration, including UI Policies and Business Rules.
• Ability to design and configure automated workflows using Flow Designer.
• Basic knowledge of Service Portal and UI Builder for catalog page customization.
• Strong scripting skills, including Catalog Client Scripts and server-side Script Includes.
