ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer - AI

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics into ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD.
• Manage the full application development lifecycle, including design, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST/SOAP web services.
• Collaborate with end-users and IT stakeholders to gather system requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, or development across multiple capabilities.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow AI and automation, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Now Assist.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using mid-servers and cloud-to-cloud methods.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field.
