ServiceNow Platform Architect

ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join a major transformation initiative. In this role, you will take ownership of the platform architecture, ensuring that our enterprise solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead solution design across key modules including ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, and HRSD.
• Establish architecture standards, governance practices, and design review processes.
• Drive the platform roadmap and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow and platform architecture.
• Strong expertise in implementation, secure integrations, and enterprise workflows.
• Proven experience with CMDB/CSDM strategy and platform governance.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
