ServiceNow Logik CPQ Engineer

SNI is a trusted IT outsourcing partner delivering successful projects for prestigious global firms. We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Logik CPQ Engineer to join our team and contribute to complex enterprise-level implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage product catalogs, complex bundles, and commercial offer structures within Logik CPQ.
• Implement configuration rules, validation logic, dependencies, and dynamic pricing rules to support custom quotes.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using Logik CPQ Open APIs and REST services.
• Support Quote-to-Order and order management workflows across enterprise and telecommunications product lines.
• Collaborate within Agile and SAFe delivery teams to design and maintain robust CPQ capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Logik CPQ.
• Practical expertise in product catalog configuration, complex product modeling, and commercial offer bundling.
• Proven experience integrating and troubleshooting Logik CPQ via REST APIs.
• Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
• Professional English proficiency and a working knowledge of Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks.
