ServiceNow IRM Architect - Senior Developer (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect and Senior Developer to join a dynamic project within the FMCG industry. This role focuses on the implementation and optimization of IRM and BCM modules, requiring a professional who can provide technical leadership, challenge implementation decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop robust solutions within ServiceNow IRM and BCM modules.
• Evaluate and verify the work of implementation partners from both technical and functional perspectives.
• Recommend optimal architectural approaches and consistently justify proposed solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to contribute to key technical decisions and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Provide expert architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical expertise in ServiceNow IRM and BCM modules.
• Strong ability to challenge and verify vendor actions and implementation decisions effectively.
• High level of assertiveness and confidence in defending recommended technical solutions.
• Natural leadership tendencies with a strong sense of ownership over project outcomes.
• Proactive, independent, and decisive working style with fluency in English.
