ServiceNow Developer with IRM (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with IRM expertise to join our team and help optimize and digitalize complex business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Performing administration, configuration, and development tasks within the ServiceNow platform, including Business Rules, UI Actions, and workflows.
• Executing platform upgrades and managing skipped records reviews to ensure system stability.
• Designing and customizing portals, widgets, and dashboards to enhance the end-user experience.
• Integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP web services and out-of-the-box APIs.
• Participating in requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings to ensure high-quality technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with deep knowledge of core modules like ITSM and CMDB.
• Proven experience with the ServiceNow IRM module, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, and implementation of compliance frameworks.
• Ability to configure risk statements, indicators, and reporting dashboards within the IRM ecosystem.
• Fluency in both Polish and English, combined with strong analytical and communication skills.
