ServiceNow Developer (with CTA or ArchX)

Link Group is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help design, build, and optimize enterprise workflow solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and architects to transform complex business requirements into scalable, robust, and maintainable platform capabilities while driving best practices in custom application development and system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, and SPM.
• Build scalable integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure all platform solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices and Out-of-the-Box principles.
• Configure Service Portals, Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• Drive automated testing and CI/CD deployment workflows to maintain high application stability.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in complex enterprise environments.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP, and JSON.
• Experience with Integration Hub, MID Server management, and relational data modeling.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, ITIL processes, and the software development lifecycle.
• Active pursuit or completion of Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or ArchX credentials is a strong plus.
