ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support our digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and other modules.
• Build robust integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and webhooks.
• Create workflow automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes while minimizing technical debt.
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled workflows, including Now Assist and Virtual Agent, with appropriate testing and oversight.
• Perform code reviews, automated testing, and release validation to ensure platform stability and quality.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Proven experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, or equivalent technologies.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and development best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience in Agile environments.
