Servicenow Developer

ALTEN Polska, a world leader in engineering and IT services, is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. We support prestigious global companies in their technological transformations and are seeking a professional to help design, maintain, and optimize our ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Implementing new configurations and customizations of the ServiceNow platform.
• Managing and maintaining the ServiceNow instance to ensure functionality and security compliance.
• Analyzing and resolving application-related incidents and performing bug fixes.
• Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation, including SOPs and user manuals.
• Supporting the ServiceNow Architect and Administrator in designing solution architecture.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT-relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar ServiceNow role.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified System Administrator certificates.
• Strong practical knowledge of ServiceNow products, IT Service Management, and integration technologies like REST, SSO, and LDAP.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a minimum B2 level in English.
• Ability to obtain a CONFIDENTIAL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL security clearance.
