ServiceNow Developer

Link Group is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and design, build, and optimize enterprise workflow solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and architects to transform complex business requirements into scalable, robust, and maintainable platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, and SPM.
• Build scalable integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure all solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices and Out-of-the-Box principles.
• Configure Service Portals, Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• Drive automated testing and CI/CD deployment workflows to maintain high application stability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in complex enterprise environments.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and Web Services.
• Experience with Integration Hub, MID Server management, and relational data modeling.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, ITIL processes, and the software development lifecycle.
