emagine Polska is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to long-term digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions that directly address complex business needs and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications tailored to specific client requirements.
• Automate workflows and business processes to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
• Integrate the ServiceNow platform with various enterprise tools and systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics.
• Ensure high code quality, maintain thorough documentation, and adhere to platform best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their application within the platform.
• Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Independent work style combined with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
