ServiceNow Developer

Cyclad is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join an international team dedicated to enhancing ServiceNow solutions for enterprise Hardware Asset Management (HAM). You will play a pivotal role in developing custom functionalities, integrations, and automations that streamline asset lifecycle management and ensure seamless data flow across complex enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom ServiceNow functionality and design HAM-related workflows, automations, and business logic.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems, including procurement, finance, Discovery, and CMDB.
• Configure Import Sets, Transformation Maps, and data synchronization processes to ensure data integrity.
• Develop custom forms, UI Actions, client scripts, business rules, and notifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical defects, performance issues, and integration challenges across environments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development with strong hands-on expertise.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Proven experience with Integration Hub and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Import Sets, Transformation Maps, and Flow Designer.
• Very good English skills and experience working in Agile development environments.
