ServiceNow Developer ITSM/CSM

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow CSM and ITSM applications based on specific business requirements.
• Design and implement complex workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and Flow Designer automations.
• Configure CSM capabilities including case management, entitlements, service level agreements, and customer communication channels.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as CRM platforms and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Support platform upgrades, release management, testing, and deployment activities while troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
• Proven experience building integrations with external enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and at least one additional certification such as CAD, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-CSM.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL processes and service management principles.
