ServiceNow Developer (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is a leading technology consulting and digital transformation firm, currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our international team. You will work on diverse projects across various industries, focusing on optimizing process flows and expanding platform capabilities for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and administering the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, security, data management, and complex integrations using REST/SOAP.
• Designing and implementing solutions such as Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, workflows, portals, and custom widgets.
• Analyzing development needs, participating in design reviews, and ensuring technical solutions are validated before deployment.
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying opportunities for automation to enhance user experience.
• Providing support during testing and deployment phases while mentoring less-experienced team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong knowledge of core modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management, as well as CMDB and Service Request Management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent command of English and Polish, enabling effective communication within a distributed team.
