ServiceNow Developer (f/m)

Orange Polska is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our interdisciplinary and international team. You will work on broad-scope projects, leveraging the latest ServiceNow capabilities to support Global Business Services and drive impactful automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain solutions based on the ServiceNow platform, incorporating platform-specific mechanisms into the conceptual design.
• Implement complex workflows, business rules, and client scripting to support accounting processes.
• Design and develop integration mechanisms while collaborating closely with solution architects and business analysts.
• Document development processes and products, including services, policies, and workflows.
• Participate in continuous service improvement through system optimization, maintenance, and third-line incident support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow platform and custom application development using AppEngine.
• Advanced knowledge of server-side and client-side scripting, Glide API, and platform best practices.
• Strong expertise in REST API integrations, IntegrationHub, and file-based data exchange mechanisms.
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, security, ACLs, and role-based access controls.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective international collaboration.
