ServiceNow Developer - CMDB, CSDM & Platform Integrations (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and support the design and implementation of a centralized configuration data solution. You will work within a large-scale enterprise environment, collaborating with architecture, security, and operations teams to ensure that critical technology assets are accurately represented, governed, and maintained to support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework to support enterprise asset and service management.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow capabilities.
• Configure data models, mapping logic, reconciliation rules, and governance mechanisms to ensure high-quality CMDB data.
• Build scalable technical solutions aligned with platform architecture, security standards, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions and drive continuous improvements in platform performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow integration technologies including REST APIs and Flow Designer.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes, platform architecture, and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting for platform customization and automation.
• Excellent English skills, enabling seamless collaboration in an international environment.
