ServiceNow Dev ITSM/CSM

Link Group is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale solutions within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable platform solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and customize ServiceNow solutions across CSM and ITSM modules based on functional requirements.
• Develop and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and Flow Designer automations.
• Build and maintain integrations with external enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Support platform upgrades, releases, testing, and deployment activities while troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Promote ServiceNow development best practices and participate in technical design discussions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and platform customization.
• Strong practical knowledge of both ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and deep understanding of ServiceNow development frameworks and architecture.
• Must hold a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and at least one additional certification such as CAD, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-CSM.
• Excellent communication skills with English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
