We are looking for a ServiceNow Expert to take ownership of the support, enhancement, and technical evolution of advanced solutions within our global platform. This isn’t just about maintenance; it’s about aligning technical excellence with complex business processes.

🎯 The Mission:

  • Own the technical design, development, unit testing, and production deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop & Deploy: Collaborate directly with customers to clarify requirements and implement scoped applications.
  • Business Partnership: Ensure every solution is aligned with ServiceNow best practices and high-level architectural standards.
  • Architecture Integrity: Manage issue resolution from UAT to post Go-Live support, including data maintenance.
  • Full Lifecycle Support:

🛠 Your Tech Stack & Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow implementations, including for multinational companies.
  • Experience: at least 2 full cycles in CSM projects.
  • Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow, administration, CMDB, and Workspace configuration.
  • CSM Mastery: CSM module.
  • Solid experience in Configurable Workspace development.
  • Development Skills: Scoped Applications.
  • Proven ability to handle complex ServiceNow integrations.
  • Integration Expert: Good understanding of ITIL and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Process Knowledge: Master’s Degree in IT or a related field (ServiceNow certifications are a major plus).

You will work in a proactive, result-oriented environment where attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication are the keys to success. You’ll be the bridge between technical possibilities and customer needs.
