ServiceNow Business Solutions & Process Analyst

ALTEN Polska is expanding its ServiceNow practice and is looking for experienced Business Solutions & Process Analysts to join a dynamic team. This role focuses on driving business transformation and operational excellence across various ServiceNow domains for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support business analysis activities across diverse ServiceNow initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and process improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technological solutions.
• Manage backlog items, user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Support process design, testing, UAT, and business readiness activities.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience working with ServiceNow platforms and implementations.
• Strong background in Business Analysis, Process Design, and Requirements Management.
• Expertise in one or more domains: ITSM, CSM, IRM/GRC, TPRM, or Privacy Management.
• Hands-on experience with workshop facilitation, UAT, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1 level) and excellent communication skills.
