ServiceNow Business Analyst (TPRM)

ALTEN Polska is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and support the implementation and operational ownership of ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in managing Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Privacy processes within a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to IRM, GRC, TPRM, and Privacy processes.
• Facilitate workshops with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Business stakeholders.
• Define business requirements, user stories, and drive process improvements.
• Support implementation, testing, and deployment activities while participating in solution governance.
• Act as a functional lead and subject matter expert for assigned capabilities after go-live.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities.
• Proven background in Risk, Compliance, Audit, TPRM, and Privacy domains.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1 level).
