ServiceNow Business Analyst

ALTEN Polska is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team and support the implementation and operational ownership of ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in managing Third-Party Risk Management and Privacy processes within a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to IRM, GRC, TPRM, and Privacy processes.
• Facilitate workshops with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Business stakeholders to define user stories and process improvements.
• Support implementation, testing, and deployment activities while ensuring operational readiness.
• Act as a functional lead and subject matter expert for assigned capabilities, managing enhancement requests and driving continuous platform improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities and knowledge of Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Privacy domains.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments and working with external implementation partners.
• Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1 level) to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
