ServiceNow Business Analyst

ALTEN Polska is expanding its ServiceNow practice and is looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a team dedicated to driving business transformation and operational excellence. You will play a key role in shaping solutions across various domains, including ITSM, CSM, IRM, and Privacy, ensuring that technology aligns perfectly with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support business analysis activities across diverse ServiceNow initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and process improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with technical capabilities.
• Prepare and manage backlog items, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Support process design, testing, UAT, and overall business readiness activities.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience working with ServiceNow platforms and implementations.
• Strong background in Business Analysis, Process Design, and Requirements Management.
• Expertise in one or more domains: ITSM, CSM, IRM/GRC, TPRM, or Privacy Management.
• Hands-on experience with workshop facilitation, backlog readiness, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in English, at least at a B2+/C1 level.
