ServiceNow Architect

Globaldev Group is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join an in-flight CMDB programme. You will play a pivotal role in assessing the current architecture, stabilizing delivery, and ensuring the platform serves as a trusted single source of truth for enterprise configuration, service, and asset data.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly review the existing CMDB programme, including architecture decisions, data models, integrations, and delivery backlogs.
• Validate the current design to ensure it meets enterprise requirements for configuration and dependency data.
• Identify and remediate technical debt, data quality issues, and design gaps.
• Refine the target architecture, including CI class structures, identification rules, and alignment with the Common Service Data Model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize delivery, resolve blockers, and strengthen CMDB governance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in ServiceNow CMDB architecture, specifically in improving in-progress implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Ability to pragmatically review existing configurations, data models, and delivery artifacts.
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes and experience integrating ServiceNow with diverse infrastructure and cloud tooling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills to drive alignment across technical and business teams.
