SEO & GEO Specialist - B2B Tech / Software Development

Code & Pepper is a dynamic software development company that builds and scales digital products for fintech, healthtech, and other technology sectors. We are looking for an experienced SEO & GEO Specialist to take full ownership of our organic growth strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and GEO strategy to drive organic growth.
• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, including research, writing, publishing, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate technical SEO initiatives with our engineering teams to ensure optimal site architecture.
• Utilize data from GA4 and Search Console to prioritize tasks and measure the impact of content efforts.
• Set the strategic direction for content, ensuring it ranks well, earns citations, and drives conversions.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning an SEO/content function with a track record of measurable results.
• Near-native or native proficiency in written English with a strong portfolio of long-form B2B technology content.
• Demonstrable expertise in GEO and AI-search optimization.
• Strong SEO judgment, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content architecture.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex processes across marketing and engineering departments.
