Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform dedicated to providing safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care. We are looking for a Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer to lead our infrastructure strategy, ensuring reliability, security, and high performance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision and quarterly roadmap for our infrastructure with clear, measurable goals.
• Manage and evolve our AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructure, focusing on cluster management and zero-downtime operations.
• Own Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CDK, alongside GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and maintain comprehensive observability systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Implement robust security practices within a HIPAA-compliant environment, including secrets management and PHI-aware logging.
• Collaborate with product teams to remove infrastructure friction and integrate agentic AI into production workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering with strong Linux administration skills.
• Deep expertise in AWS services and production-grade Kubernetes (EKS).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) and CI/CD automation.
• Strong background in observability, monitoring, and security engineering.
• Experience with blue-green deployments and zero-downtime database migrations.
• Fluent English and Russian (B1 level).
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.
