Senior/Lead Automation Quality Engineer

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a Senior/Lead Automation Quality Engineer to join a multicultural team. This role involves taking full ownership of quality assurance activities across the entire testing lifecycle, requiring a proactive mindset and the ability to mentor junior team members in a dynamic, high-quality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality processes from requirements review to final sign-off.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level QA Engineers within the team.
• Perform a strategic mix of manual, functional, and automation testing.
• Execute complex data quality validations between UI and backend systems.
• Strategize and implement automation approaches based on business requirements.

Requirements

• Senior-level technical expertise with hands-on experience in Playwright and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as pytest, Robot Framework, Selenium, or Postman.
• ISTQB Foundation certification or higher.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to new projects and environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools and prompt engineering for QA validation.
