Senior WEBCON BPS Specialist

Jit Team is looking for an experienced Senior WEBCON BPS Specialist to join a project for an international automotive manufacturer. You will take ownership of a strategically important platform, driving digital process improvements and optimizing document workflows to support complex manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and develop the WEBCON BPS platform.
• Analyze, map, and optimize business processes across various departments.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Configure forms, workflows, permissions, and business rules.
• Develop integrations between WEBCON BPS and other enterprise systems.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliver training to end users.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience working with WEBCON BPS.
• Strong background in workflow management and business process automation.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design robust system solutions.
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in supporting end users and conducting training sessions.
