Senior Web QA Automation Engineer

As a Senior Web QA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications by designing robust test architectures and integrating automated solutions into our development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts covering core business logic, UI flows, and API services.
• Configure and maintain the automation environment, including IDEs, CLI tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define testing specifics and acceptance criteria aligned with product goals.
• Take ownership of quality readiness for team-level deliverables and communicate release risks.
• Verify that implemented features meet performance standards and provide actionable feedback to developers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in automation testing.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proven background in testing both frontend and backend web applications.
• Solid command of Playwright or a comparable automation framework for UI and API testing.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintaining them over time.
• Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing requirements.
